1. Origin of the published images

The photographs, illustrations and videos on healingragdoll.it (hereinafter the “Images”) come from one or more of the following sources:

• Images made by the Owner or on its behalf, for which the Owner holds the rights of use as owner or licensee;
• Images acquired from professional stock image libraries under a regular paid licence in the Owner’s name;
• Images supplied by third parties (partners, suppliers, authors) and published at their request or with their authorisation, which remain the property of their respective owners.

2. What the user may and may not do

The Images are protected by copyright law. Unless otherwise indicated, it is forbidden to reproduce, copy, download, republish, distribute or modify them, to use them for commercial or promotional purposes, to incorporate them in other sites, products or services, to extract them in an automated way (scraping, crawling, bulk download) or to use them for the training of artificial intelligence systems.

The licence under which the Owner uses Images acquired from stock libraries is personal and non-transferable: their presence on healingragdoll.it gives the user no rights over them. Anyone wishing to use one of those Images must obtain their own licence directly from the rights holder.

3. Context images and illustrative character

Some Images have an illustrative, evocative or decorative function: they serve to represent a theme, an atmosphere or a category, not a specific animal, place, person or service.

The Images that show the cattery’s cats — breeding cats and their litters — are always real photographs of those animals, taken by the Owner. Stock photographs, images from other catteries or artificially generated images are never used to present the cats.

4. People depicted

Images showing recognisable people are published on the basis of the data subjects’ consent or of the release given by the author or by the stock library of origin.

Anyone who recognises themselves in an Image and does not wish to see it published may request its removal by writing to privacy@healingragdoll.com: the request is handled without undue delay and requires no justification.

5. Trademarks, works and third-party property

Trademarks, logos, signs, intellectual works and third-party property that may be visible in the Images remain the property of their respective owners and are reproduced for descriptive purposes, without this implying any form of association, sponsorship or endorsement.

6. Image processing

The Images may have undergone normal photographic processing (exposure, colour, cropping, resizing, compression) that does not alter the content depicted.

When an Image has been subject to interventions that change what it depicts — replacing or removing background elements, recomposing the setting, including with artificial intelligence tools — such interventions concern only the background and never the characteristics of the animal shown (coat, colour, build, eyes, proportions), and are indicated in the caption on the images of the cats.

7. Reports

Anyone who believes that an Image published on healingragdoll.it infringes one of their rights may report it by writing to privacy@healingragdoll.com, stating the URL of the page, the Image concerned and the right they believe has been infringed. The Owner assesses reports without undue delay and may take proportionate measures, including removing or obscuring the content.
